A lovely experience is like diving headfirst into the shallow end. /hoping for some sort of traumatic brain injury. A concussion that induces hypnotic visions of what's to come. It's a coma in the psych ward. Foam walls and sticky socks. /that slide around anyways. It's a reason to live. It's an analysis of the cosmos and microbes all at once. /and a question about consciousness. /that's on the tip of a tongue. /about to be sawed off for a snuff film. It's the last words of a doomed tongue. Flittering around at meaning. /and flopping into reality.

Bloom Where You Are! Make today be the day you determined the course of the remainder of your life. It’s possible to live your live with passion and excited expectation. Do the work required to find your purpose. You’ll be glad you did.

Iconoclast is a collection of new and older poems by Los Angeles area artist Sharee Anne Gorman (annienomad). In this collection, her fourth to date, she shares her journey from social misfit and traumatized youth hiding in plain sight to social critic and political skeptic. Some of the heuristics she has developed along this journey are keys she uses to keep her hand on the inside of the reality maze. Here are a few of those heuristics: * If you know their name, they're a figurehead. * Everything is looting...and lies to cover looting. * If you're seeing it...it's because they want you to see it. * The revolution will be scripted.

This book is my assertion of who I am. It is about sharing myself through prose, poetry, and photographs. I am proud that I have been out in my LGBTQ+ community for over 50 years and am thriving.

Pieces of My Heart is a collection of original prose and poetry, paired with one-of-a-kind photos and artwork. My prose is motivational, somewhat of an epiphany to open your eyes and take in the life around you. A couple of the pieces dive into my soul, revealing more of my core. My poetry is about love, heartbreak, and finding the pieces of your soul after enduring life’s pains.
